Hi Nichol, I'm so sorry it took me so long to get back to you.   Dixie (I named her Lady) is wonderful.  I can't get over how loving and cuddly she is.  She is a great addition to our family and her and Cochise get along great!  I took her to the vet today and got her shots she needed.  The vet said she is very healthy but has a ear infection.  I gave her a bath when I got her last week and I am assuming that I got a little water in her ear.  I just have to be more careful now I guess.  She will be getting spayed in a month or so, once we get settled into our new house.  We are having some problems with potty training but she'll get it, she's smart so I'm not to worried.  She has stole everyones heart that she has met!  I just wanted to thank you so much for raising such a great dog!  I can tell she was brought up with lots of love!  I have gotten asked so many times about where I got her so don't be surprised if you get a few calls referred by me!

Hi Nichol, So, everybody is just in love with my Jax.  Frankly, I am too.  He is soo adorable.  I can not believe how fast he grew.  He is such a great puppy!    I believe I take him just about every place I go, so he gets used to people.  Well, I am emailing you pictures of his FIRST haircut.  I brought him to a groomer in Casselton.  She did awesome.  AND she told me she has done cavachons before and so far he has the best coat and is the best looking one by far that she has seen.  And he has a great personality and is pretty laid back when it came to grooming him.  I told her how you worked with them when they puppies and she said that must have worked because he let her do just about anything to him.  So, I was just delighted when I heard that.  I figured he would spaz out when I left and not cooperate very well with her, but he did.  Did not even put up a fuss.  Yeah!!!!!!!!  So I took there are before and after pictures of him.  And a couple of Jax and Beau.  He did get quite wooly, but I thought he still looked great.   I was just so excited about Jax and getting the compliments, I just had to share them and a few pictures with you. Hello Nichol,  Thank you for the pictures! Penny and Sophie are just wonderful! When they went to the vet last week Penny was 8 pounds and Sophie was 6. My sister was away last weekend and swears they have grown since then. They go in for shots in a couple weeks and I'm excited to see how much they really have grown! They are just the nicest puppies ever! They are great around kids, adults, and other animals. They have a hunting instinct and when they got the chance to meet my cousin's bunnies, they chased them all around the yard! They also have been introduced to my friend's large lab and beagle and I was so impressed with my girls. They were kinda chickens at first and clung to me but then let the dogs sniff them and after a while got curious and went over to the dogs themselves with their tails wagging!
I've actually decided to paper train them since I live in an apartment. They are using the pee pads most of the time. However, they assume they are fine if their front paws are on the pad while their butts are on the carpet!
They are fast runners! They chase each other through the apartment and I like to take them to my aunt's house in town because she has a fenced in yard and they just run around the whole time they are there! Then they get so tired and sleep all evening so I can get my homework done!
I could go on and on about how great my puppies are! Thank you so much for them! They have such amazing personalities and I am so excited to see them grow up!
